I just read the Above The Law story on the 1L deferrals at the University of Miami’s law school, and I thought, “Hm. That picture looks awfully familiar.”
That shouldn’t have been a surprise, since I took the picture last summer.

I hate that. I know when I post to the internet, I’ve basically ceded any rights I had to whatever it was because everyone assumes it’s “free” from that point forward. But I hate it.
Also, it looks like there’s an “l” missing in blawg in your ad for the new blog in the right column.
They should know better! And it’s still up…with no clarification. I mean, if you’re a legal blog or website, just add “this photo taken by DJ of No. 634″ and link over if it is too much effort to *ask*.

Creepy you say?? Interesting indeed! Maybe he’ll break out with a soulja dance at orientation and I can catch it on video. I still can’t believe they swiped the goods! This pic looks familiar beyond ATL. It might be on the Miami Law sight, I have go check it out. Hey, as an aside, I love the new blog layout.
