Hearings Are Window Into Judge’s Acumen

“I’m a pretty good litigator,” Judge Sonia Sotomayor said on Tuesday, before reminding herself that she left that role behind 17 years ago when she joined the federal bench. “Or I was,” she said, “a really good litigator.”

Report Paints Damning Picture of Gaza Campaign

Israel has claimed that everything was done to protect innocent lives during its recent military operation in the Gaza Strip. But according to statements from Israeli soldiers there were malicious acts of destruction, white phosphorus was used and civilians were deliberately targeted.


Minnesota AG sues the National Arbitration Forum

The Minnesota Attorney General filed suit today against the National Arbitration Forum alleging multiple counts of consumer fraud in violation of Minnesota law. The suit stems from an allegation that both the NAF and many of the collection firms that regularly use its services are owned, at least in part, by the same company.

Lori, a local talkshow host, said it best: “He’s a dink and a half.”

The shocker was when he told reporters that he will “try” and fall back in love with his wife because the mistress is his soul mate – that’s when any wife, even an anti-divorce “conservative as you wannabe” wife, needs dump the dink.

And he needs to stay away from home, because Jenny is completely justified for shanking him right now.

I suspect the memorial is going to be a circus complete with rabid chimps chasing small children around. I also suspect that so many people are going to crash the memorial that it will resemble a G20 protest, minus the pretty flags.
