Wow, what a mind f*. And yes, I understand the hobo issue. Outside the other night around 8 pm with a 2L discussing hypos from evidence. From out of the dark "he has INTENT if he goin' for a gun." And then a long litany of "he going to kill someone if he going for a gun." Wow, just wow. He then explained, he wasn't in our class but overheard our conversation and KNEW intent to kill. Needless to say, we melted back into the building fairly quickly. Glad it went well! Wow, what a mind f*. And yes, I understand the hobo issue.
